We’re bringing it back!
This two-hour Yin Yoga practice is an invitation to slow down and deepen your yin practice. We’ll create space for the body to release and the nervous system to soften through taking shape in long, supported holds. The workshop is for both beginners and experienced in yin; anyone who is comfortable with long hold postures. There will be advanced options for shapes and modifications to support your unique body.
Stillness can be active—a way of listening more deeply, reclaiming space, and returning home to harmony within. ADVANCED YIN is not just for flexibility and resiliency of the physical body, but for the patterns of urgency, protection and reactivity we carry. Together, we’ll go yin-side; to the space of vast resounding silence where peace resides.
