What is NDEAM? October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month — a time to recognize the skills, contributions, and talents that people with disabilities bring to the workplace. It’s also about encouraging businesses to build inclusive environments and addressing the barriers that still exist.

Creating real change starts with everyday actions. Employers and colleagues can open doors by ensuring that hiring practices welcome everyone and provide equal opportunities.
