Wisdom Within offers a client-directed approach using assisted yoga postures and therapeutic counseling to provide a deeper awareness to the body, mind & spirit. My Philosophy:

We all have blocks – triggers and wounds that are held in the body – in the exploration of those wounds, there is healing, from the wisdom within you. By using meditation, breathing techniques, a combination of supported or assisted yoga poses, guided imagery, and elements of contemporary body/mind psychology, we will explore how self-directed movement and guided yoga postures can employ the wisdom of the body as a pathway to awareness.

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month. 1 in 2 women, 1 in 2 trans individuals, & 1 in 3 men will experience sexual violence in their lifetime. Now is the time to act and raise awareness about how widespread sexual violence truly is. To our fellow survivors, we are with you, always.
