So back in the day when instagram began, Twas only pictures. When I posted I only posted pictures of unique, artsy things and no humans. I deleted all of my posts without archiving my profile because I rebranded opening my yoga studio last year and changed my who online presence. Now that I’m not doing that anymore I’m back to me and having the mission of instagram being art and positivity. I’m going to post most of my old ones as well as continue to add and grow this account into something I’m not sure what yet. Here is a beautiful chandelier in a casino that I wasn’t allowed to take pictures in while on vacation with my family and when I was as under 21. I snapped it and felt a bit of glory reward by getting away with it!

So, I’ve done a lot of things. Been here and there, seen a lot of things offered and by accident, and have loved and enjoyed all types of art. This natural explosion of mayflies is of the top tier of art as a natural thing/not made by a creative human. Nature is here and correct and what you are actually looking for.

Elemental Yoga is a one of a kind studio in Lakewood Ohio where each class is themed around one of the elements: Earth, Air, Fire, Water or Spirit. Each session will have its designated lighting, scent and elemental aspect to enhance your practice and getting you to experience something out of our ordinary practice.
