What makes The Ridge different is there isn’t an entrance fee like with other communities. An entrance fee is a large amount — often as much as a house costs. And then you also pay monthly fees.

We don’t do that. At The Ridge, you pay one monthly service fee to live here and enjoy all of our amenities.

Our quarterly Bingo BONANZA event gathers residents from all neighborhoods for a 2-hour bingo event. Each game is led by someone on the Leadership Team. Residents love this special game because of the large prizes and fun we have.

Our blackout winner for the day was Ethel, who won a heated, electric foot massager and a gift card to Bonefish Grill! When she yelled "bingo" we shot four confetti cannons to celebrate and the residents went wild!
