What a strange and unique season this has been.  I feel like many of you a great need to just take a long deep breathe.  I do know things are not truly "normal" however I hope this is one step towards feeling more ourselves.  I've missed so much about seeing you in person and also am grateful for...

I feel like this resonates in so many layered ways these days... what if all this anger is intense grief and sadness? What if we comforted and showed empathy and compassion to one another and ourselves? Healthy anger denotes something or someone has value to us ... that our loss matters however if we don’t address the pain and acknowledge grief then we’re stuck just in our anger... that’s all we can express of our pain ... xo
