RMIndependence We provide services to adults with disabilities. Our focus is Community Based Day program. We love e We provide services for people with disabilities.

Some of the services that we provide are special olympics, job skills, safety skills, mentorship programs, transportation (light rail/busing), homemaking skills, budgeting/meal planning, making good choices, internet safety, active in the community, tours, field trips- zoo, museum, parks, fire & police stations, bowling, doggy daycares, animal shelters, horseback riding, picnics with hiking and fishing, recreation centers, swimming, arts & crafts, social events, respite care and much much more!!

The world lost the biggest advocate for people with disabilities on March 4 th. I’ve seen her speak and she was an amazing and captivating woman. She is the reason we have the services we have today. I have one of her books and it is a definite read….. it’s beautiful and heartfelt. RIP Judy….. now you can be with your parents once again

We just finished our first week back out in the community and it was AMAZING!!! It was so nice that some of the RMI clan could actually see each other in person. We have waited so long for this moment and it is finally here 💜 Thank you for hanging in there with us. It has been difficult on all of us but we have made it! I know there is still a Pandemic but we are going to be safe and make the BEST of our time together. I can't wait till all of the RMI family of clients can join us again in the community...but it won't be long now. Until then we won't be quite complete but just knowing it's coming very soon makes my heart happy. Love you all
