PASCO is Colorado’s choice for in-home caregiving for our incredible disability community. We are still driving forward to this day.

For over 30 years PASCO has been pioneering the way for people with disabilities to live independently with choice. This road was paved with a mixture of advocacy, support, and compassion for our clients and caregivers.

If you’re in the area, bring the kiddos by for a magical photo with the Big Man himself and the wonderful Mrs. Claus. ✨📸

We’re thrilled to partner with Rocky Mountain Human Services this holiday season to help bring smiles, support, and a little extra holiday magic to families in our community. ❄️🎁

From now through December 16, you can drop off new, unopened toys at either the PASCO office or the RMHS office. Every donation helps brighten a child’s holiday season and spreads the spirit of giving. 💙

Then on December 18, we’ll be hosting a joyful celebration at the PASCO office where toys will be shared with families. Expect festive treats, warm drinks, and special appearances from Santa and Mrs. Claus! 🎅🏽🤶🏽☕✨

PASCO had the honor of attending the groundbreaking for Civic Center Next 100, a transformative project that will reimagine one of Denver’s most iconic public spaces for the next century.

One of the most powerful moments of the day came when Barry Rosenberg, PASCO’s founder and a key leader in Denver’s early disability rights movement, took the stage. Barry highlighted the incredible legacy of the “Gang of 19,” whose courageous protest in July 1978 at Colfax and Broadway forced a national conversation—and ultimately action—on accessibility. Their efforts helped pave the way for public buses across the country to become fully accessible for individuals with disabilities.

We are thrilled to share that the redesigned Civic Center Park will include a dedicated “Gang of 19” monument, ensuring their impact and advocacy live on for generations to come.

Today’s groundbreaking wasn’t just about revitalizing a park — it was about honoring the changemakers who fought for equity, access, and dignity. PASCO is proud to stand in a city shaped by such powerful voices.
