Depew House is a sober living community house. Rent is $550/mo ($300 security deposit) or $200/wk. No treatment services are provided - residents must be managing their sobriety with their own resources. Fully furnished. Two twin beds per room. Shared bathrooms. Rent is ALL INCLUSIVE: includes weekly maid service, all utilities, and 5MBPS wifi internet. All linens, furniture, and communal supplies are provided. Washer and dryer use included at no extra charge. Everyone provides and cooks their own food. Parking is on the street only. 3 blocks from light rail and 1 block from bus lines. Weekly/bi-weekly check-in house meetings.
We welcome roommates who require sober living and are in recovery, at least 30-60 days sober. Drug test required at time of lease signing and random tests may be given. We welcome all genders and ages over 18, but cannot accept s*x offenders or those with convictions of violent offenses. We celebrate diversity in all its forms. Kindness and respect given to all in a caring, supportive environment.
