Overcome is an 8-week group experience for anyone pursuing mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness.

Under the guidance of trained peer facilitators, group members meet weekly in a small group setting that emphasizes safety and respect while exploring biblical truths about hope in the midst of suffering.

This is a place to find strength, support, and spiritual growth among peers. In this group, we share openly about life's challenges in a judgment-free zone.

Space is limited, so register early to reserve your spot.

What a milestone! First printing of Overcome in the Bemba language!

Pastor Michael shares this update from Zambia:

"On January 18th I am going to a place called Manda to orient facilitators on the Bemba book. We have a big goal for this year and we hope to travel all over the nation. Right now we have 34 groups. These groups are going well. I have not been everywhere to check but people are serious to help each other in communities. In villages people have made this program as a way of uniting people together and also a means to a health and mature community."

Friends, please take the time to listen to this interview with Kelly Ryan and her sister, Karen. This is a beautiful interview—an outstanding balance between practical tools and stories of hope! There's humor and light-heartedness between the two sisters, and the mugshot talk is hilarious.

Warrior Sisters reveals one family’s raw and honest journey from chaos, pain, and destruction to the redemption and restoration that comes from recovery. It also proves that happiness and freedom are possible even when you think all hope is lost. Learn More - Watch The Video Interview and B

Still working on getting home with delayed and canceled flights... but we had an amazing time learning and connecting at the Mental Health & the Church conference in Cleveland! One of the highlights was seeing all the valuable resources offered by like-minded organizations and experiencing a beautiful spirit of collaboration. Looking forward to posting some of our favorites here in the week ahead. Praying safe travels for all who are heading home! -Kimberly & Jo Key Ministry

How much church budget is needed to start caring about mental health? Zero.
