✨ Patient Success Spotlight: John ✨

John began his recovery at our Tender Touch facility, Hampton Ridge, and after a month of care, transitioned seamlessly to our At Home therapy team to keep the progress going. 🏡

With a focus on strength and balance, John has made significant strides in his mobility and reports feeling more confident, with a reduced fear of falling.

Thanks to therapy in the comfort of home, he’s able to enjoy what he loves most — spending time with family, word puzzles, reading, and watching animals from his window 🧩📚

Our amazing At-Home Full-Time Therapist Team traded home visits for a celebration and joined us at the office for a summer party! 🎉🌞 We shared a delicious lunch, learned together, handed out company swag, and even squeezed in a fun game.

After months in a skilled nursing facility, Angelina safely returned home thanks to seamless support from Tender Touch therapy and the At Home team. Nearly a year later, she’s still living independently, staying mobile, and enjoying life surrounded by family and neighbors. 🌟🏡

✨ Patient Success Spotlight: Yuk Lin Lo✨

After being admitted to Reformed Church Home with a fracture and needing full support, Yuk Lin began her rehabilitation with the amazing Tender Touch team.

In just three months, she progressed from total dependence to walking with a rolling walker and performing daily tasks with minimal help. 👏

When it was time for discharge, our At Home team stepped in to continue her therapy right where she feels most comfortable — at home. 🏡 Now, Yuk Lin continues her progress with PT and OT, working toward her full potential every day! 💙
