✨I was recently invited to be part of a conversation on The Real Female Entrepreneurs Podcast.

We spoke about leadership, the body, and how much we carry without realizing it — stress, inherited patterns, ways of being that once helped us survive but no longer serve us.

So often, women are taught to lead by overriding the body. Over time, that creates exhaustion rather than clarity. This conversation gently invites another way of leading — one that includes listening, regulation, and trust.
