Meet Rosa 💜

Rosa is one of our amazing Orthodontic Technicians at our Belmar location and helps make every visit run smoothly. She brings positive energy to the office and loves connecting with patients and families.

Outside of work, Rosa enjoys camping, boating, trail riding, and traveling whenever she gets the chance. She’s a big fan of Mexican food and sushi, has a serious love for carrot cake, and never says no to a coffee or Ziggi’s run. Her favorite colors are purple, teal, and pink, and sunflowers always make her smile.

Q: My braces feel tight after an adjustment. Is that normal?

A: Yes! A little pressure or soreness is normal for 1–3 days. It means your teeth are moving. Soft foods and over-the-counter pain relief usually help during this period.
