It was about a year ago that our co-founders, Lauren Kolfenbach PA-C and Dr. McWhorter, started thinking and dreaming of what Three Peaks Family Medicine could be. And what year it has been! We have learned so much and are incredibly grateful for the people that have supported and cheered us on along the way!

To our families, friends, and patients—THANK YOU! We are so grateful for you and the opportunity to work alongside, with, and for you. Happy Thanksgiving to all of you!

In this week of gratitude, we couldn’t be more thankful to have had Kim with us since day 1 (actually before day 1!) of Three Peaks Family Medicine!
It can feel rare to call a business and have a real person answer, and it’s even more rare to get someone as competent and compassionate as Kim. She brings experience and kindness to a position that needs both. In addition to answering the phone and scheduling, she does a million behind-the-scene things for both patients and staff.
Simply put, Kim, we couldn’t do any of this without you —THANK YOU!

During this holiday week as we take count of what we are most thankful for, our PEOPLE sit at the top of the list!

Monique is our newest staff member and our first Medical Assistant. She is the friendly face who will walk you back, take your vitals and make the uncomfortable things like blood draws and vaccines just a little bit easier! THANK YOU, Monique for all that you do everyday to make Three Peaks Family Medicine a welcoming and comfortable place!

While we were hoping to open our doors to patients this spring, construction renovations have delayed us a bit. We’re busy creating a welcoming space for you and plan to start seeing patients this summer.
