If you're looking to schedule an early intervention evaluation for your child, please contact the DDRC Early Intervention Evaluation team.

DDRC conducts over 80 EI evaluations a month, with approximately 90% of children qualifying for ongoing services.

If your child is determined eligibility, families will receive comprehensive guidance on acquiring services necessary to support their child's growth.
