“Retinol Until I Die!” So true. I have been using retinol since my teen years while struggling with acne—pregnancy and breastfeeding excluded, of course!

What once felt like a curse turned out to be a silver lining: acne introduced me to proper skincare products and rituals. After discovering AHAs, retinol, a gluten-free diet (and many other dietary tweaks), I learned that clear skin for me was a journey—one that I am so grateful for today. All of those exfoliating ingredients have kept me feeling great in my mid-40s, and I am hopeful that will continue for many years to come.
