Six Weeks All Level Yoga Flow begins Wednesday, 6:30-7:30 pm. Think of it like a dance where you connect your inhales and exhales to moving in and out of yoga poses. Fun Playlist and relaxing savansana with lotion. A few spaces remain. $90. catdonovanyoga.com/register-for-classes

Our outdoor yoga season is soon coming to a close so join us this Saturday from 10-11 am. for an amazing autumn flow yoga at Stinchcomb. Cool air combined with warm sunshine makes for a sublime practice. Another opportunity for Yoga Flow on Sunday, 10-11 am. Meet at Studio (rain).

Also, open to all, Saturdays, 11:30-12:30 pm, Yoga Basics at Studio.
