Medical Assistant (MA) Position Open Now!

Currently we are looking for a Medical Assistant to work full time hours in our Lakewood clinic, a great location in the heart of Union Blvd (off 6th and Union).

Candidate must have graduated from an accredited institution and hold an active MA license in the state of Colorado.

Candidate must be proficient performing blood draws and administering injections.

Candidate must be professional with strong work ethic and possess excellent customer service skills.

Candidate must be reliable and a team player.

Pay will start at $23-24/hr. Clinic services are available at an employee discount.

401k benefit plan eligible. (Full-time employees)

Paid holidays, paid vacation. (Full-time employees)

Basic duties will be as follows:

- Administrative check-in and room patients (reception)

- Perform vital signs

- Perform blood draws

- Administer injections and give patient education on how to properly administer injections at home

- Ready labs for processing

- Collect payment for services rendered

- Schedule patients: for initial consultations, follow up lab work, and recommended injections and services

-Educating patients about services offered

-Professional and positive communication with patients in person, via phone, and via email
