If OCD has ever made you doubt your character, you’re not alone. Intrusive thoughts feel shocking because they go against who you are. The very fact that they cause distress proves they are unwanted.
Here’s the truth:
✔️ Thoughts are just thoughts—they don’t define you.
✔️ OCD targets what you care about most.
✔️ Having a thought doesn’t mean you’ll act on it.
✔️ You don’t need to analyze or “figure out” what it means.
OCD is loud, but it doesn’t tell the truth. You are not your thoughts. 💙
