The Supermoon brings with it it heightened emotions and a powerful energy of release. If you have been holding onto past emotions, you will see them coming to the surface. It might feel uncomfortable, but just know that is is coming for healing.

When we hold onto anger or negative emotions for years, it festers in our body as physical ailments. Hence it is important to release and let go for your good health and peace of mind.

11/11 opens the gateway of transformation. If you have been feeling a lot of emotions surfacing, this is because this energy portal is bringing it out to be released.

Allow yourself to feel angry, allow yourself to cry. Release all negative emotions with breath or write them on a piece of paper and burn them.

When we release what is not serving us- fear, anger, jealousy, sadness, etc, we create space for new energy to enter.

Have you always been a people pleaser? I am sharing this post as a reminder to take a step back and prioritise your mental health and peace over trying to make someone else happy. Because when we do that, we forget ourselves in the bargain.

It may seem selfish at first, but remember- on an airline they always ask you to fasten your seatbelt before assisting others.

Not everyone will understand you or your point of view and that is OK. They receive your communication through their own filter, so if there is a reaction, don’t take it personally.

You do your bit in showing up for yourself and being the bigger person. We cannot control how other people think or feel about us.

Reality lies in our own belief or perception of a situation or person. If we perceive something to be a certain way, then it is true for us in our mind.

However, another person might perceive the situation completely different to us, and believe that their point of view is the right one.

What do you do in a situation like this?

If 2 people cannot agree on something, be it in a friendship or relationship, the best thing to do is to take a step back, take some space from the person, and respect their point of view. You don’t have to believe it to be true, but also know that we cannot change other people’s minds unless they want to do it themselves.

You try and rise above and change your perception of it you can. Don’t allow it to control you.
