A simple seated twist can release tension, improve mobility, and calm the mind.

1. Sit tall with legs crossed or on a chair.

2. Inhale to lengthen your spine.

3. Exhale, gently twist to the right, placing left hand on your right knee, right hand behind you.

4. Breathe for 5–8 cycles, then switch sides.

5. Twists help detoxify, relax, and ground you—perfect for ending the week. Move mindfully and enjoy the sensations.

Grab your yoga bestie, partner, and friends to join us for Partner Yoga this February 14 @ 5:30pm with and discover the power of connection and community in this 75-minute Class

Cost: $20pp

Instead of moving alone, you work together in balance, alignment, and breath. Practicing yoga this way builds trust, connection, and joy.

In this playful workshop, you’ll:

• Collaborate in Poses: Practice fun and supportive partner yoga poses that challenge your balance and encourage teamwork.

• Synchronize Your Breath: Learn breathing techniques to move in harmony with your partner and the group.

•Feel Stronger with Support: Experience how the assistance of a partner can help you go deeper into stretches, hold poses longer, and achieve positions you might not manage on your own.

All levels are welcome!
