November ends with gratitude, so let's talk about what we're grateful for. Your body does incredible things for you every single day. Your spine protects your spinal cord while allowing you to move in every direction. Your nervous system coordinates millions of functions without you having to think about it. Your muscles and joints adapt to whatever you ask of them, even when you don't treat them well. Think about that for a second. Your body has been carrying you through life, compensating for stress, poor posture, old injuries, and bad habits, all while trying to keep you functional and pain-free.
