In 2026, no more feeling guilty for choosing my peace.
I honor my boundaries.

This doesn’t mean I stop caring.
It means I stop abandoning myself.

It looks like pausing before saying yes.
It looks like listening to my body.
It looks like choosing clarity over guilt.

Boundaries are not walls.
They are how I protect my time, energy, and spirit.
