WTOL 11 reports the death of a resident at Heritage Village, following an alleged strangulation with a towel by another resident. The incident raises urgent questions regarding the facility's failure to protect residents against other aggressive residents as this is not the first time the facility has failed to protect them from harm. In September of last year, the facility was cited for failing to prevent abuse by a resident with a known history of attacking fellow residents.

We must use this moment to reinforce that "known risks" require immediate action, not excuses. What action do you believe the facility should take to protect its residents in the future?
