Parker Personal Care Homes We are a well-established Program-Approved Service Agency, providing supports for individuals with disabilities since 1995.

PPCH offers residential and vocational services, behavioral and psychological services, foster care services, and much more. Founded in 1995, we are a well-established organization that provides a large variety of services. The supports that we offer include: Foster Care Services, Children's Extensive Supports, Supported Living Services, Host Homes, Group Homes, Community Participation Services, Supported Community Connections, Specialized Habilitation, Independent Living Services and Vocational Rehabilitation Services.

We believe that we have one of the most important jobs there is: enhancing the quality of peoples' lives. We take the time to gather the right tools and identify the appropriate resources so that we are enabled to provide individuals ample opportunities to make informed and healthy choices about their lives. Our mission is to build an inclusive and supportive community for the people we serve, and we are doing just that, one individual at a time.

This summer at PPCH has been full of connection, celebration, and community!

In May, we honored our incredible foster families with a spring cookout, awards of recognition, and the promise of professional family portraits to capture the love they’ve built.
June brought our Come Fish With Us event, where laughter, stories, and new skills made for a perfect day on the water.
In July, we celebrated Disability Pride Month with stories and resources that remind us every day why inclusion matters, and Respite Night at The Hive gave kids a chance to create, play, and explore while caregivers enjoyed a well-deserved break.

Throughout the summer, PPCH has connected with providers, friends, and families at community events, strengthening the supportive network that makes us all stronger.

We’re not done yet! There’s more to come before the summer ends! Stay tuned for upcoming events and opportunities to connect with our community.
