Barton County Ambulance District has one full time paramedic opening. 24/72 shift. Base pay is $20.50 hr with a est $.20 increase per year of experience. Experience pay is based on EMT, AEMT, and Paramedic work history. Hourly stipends are given for FP-C, CCP-C, and bachelor's degree in EMS or related healthcare field. BCAD offers a LAGERS retirement at no cost to the employee. The ambulance district pays 100% of medical, dental, vision, and life insurance premiums for employees.

Pay is based on experience. Hourly stipends are given for FP-C, CCP-C, and bachelor's degree in EMS or related healthcare field. BCAD offers a LAGERS retirement at no cost to the employee. The ambulance district pays 100% of medical, dental, and vision premiums which also includes a $1,000 HRA.
