Peanut butter is actually more of a fat than a protein source. It has 2-3 times the amount of fat than protein and 75% of the calories in peanut butter are from fats. They are heart healthy fats generally.

Toddlers bite, 4 year olds don’t share and 6-8 year olds can’t regulate their emotions. Adults need to know this is expected and leave space for it. Parents regulating their emotions is how children learn to regulate.
