We would like to thank the many friends and family of Dan Werner that donated in his name to the Barton County Memorial Park after his passing on December 6. I didn’t know Dan personally but from the outpouring of contributions he must have been well thought of and will be missed terribly.

We would also like to thank his family for thinking of us. As requested, all contributions in his name will go towards a bench at the Memorial Park. Any money that is left over will go the Flag Club.

Here is the FINAL list of First Responder names that will be engraved on the back of the First Responder monument for this round. If you paid to sponsor a name and it is NOT on this list or if you see a name that is misspelled, please let me know immediately.

EDITED: The next round of engraving will not be until later this year and the price will probably go up because we have to engrave the name onsite.
