Our ribbon cutting was everything we hoped it would be and more. We are so incredibly thankful for this community, for the support, the encouragement, and every single person who showed up to celebrate with us.

Priority Wellness was built with you in mind, and seeing these doors officially open was such a special moment. We are beyond excited for what’s ahead and can’t wait to serve you.

Tomorrow we officially open the doors to Priority Wellness with our ribbon cutting at 12PM. We are beyond thankful for the support this community has already shown.

This space was built with intention. For recovery. For rest. For feeling better in your body. And we cannot wait to celebrate this moment with you.

Ice baths and cryotherapy both use cold to support recovery…. but they’re not the same.

Ice baths = cold water immersion 🧊
They’re wet, time-heavy, and not always easy to stay consistent with.

Whole body cryotherapy = dry, controlled cold air ❄️
Just about 3 minutes at around -115°, no water, no mess. You step in, choose your song, and you’re done before the track ends.

Cryotherapy is a cleaner, quicker way to support recovery, help with inflammation, improve circulation, and leave you feeling refreshed and energized, making it easier to build into a regular wellness routine.
