This series with is an invitation to unite, engage with the full spectrum of life, and explore your practice in a new and authentic way. Over these four weeks, you will learn the foundations of yoga and the tools necessary to develop a lifelong, healthy practice. Each class builds upon the previous one, exploring all categories of poses, as well as breathwork and meditation.

Just a reminder that our bathroom in the new location is not finished, but there are two shared bathrooms in the building. To access the shared bathrooms, enter the building from the rear parking lot and walk toward the front.

Happy Snowy Monday, Everyone!

We are excited to announce that we are moving to our new home this week! We plan to hold our first yoga classes at the new location starting this Saturday, February 28th.

The new address is:
204 North Union Street

The entrance to the studio is located at the front of the building. Free parking is available in the lot at the rear of the building, which can be accessed via Elm Street. From the parking lot, you can either walk around or cut through the building to reach the entrance.

We look forward to seeing you there!

We are happy to say that things are progressing well in the new location! The half bathroom is currently under construction, and we’re THRILLED to show off our new machines: the Lagree Micro Pro. In the very near future, we will be offering classes on these beauties!

(This is not their permanent home; we wanted them out of the way of the construction.)
