Meditate in Princeton

Meditate in Princeton Meditation Instruction and Buddhist Wisdom I'm the instructor for the ongoing weekly course, Sarah Paden. It all began in Princeton, in fact!

I've been a student of Buddhism and a meditation practitioner for 20 years. I'm a member of Menlha Buddhist Center, originally in Princeton, but now housed in a beautiful location in Lambertville, NJ. The Princeton class is a branch class, a way for Menlha to reach more communities nearby. I'm happy to call Princeton home and to add resources for meditation in the community.

New meditation series Opposing Anger
The sufferings of anger are undeniable. The presence of anger in our hearts and in our lives is a tragic reality. Yet there is a true path away from anger, and that is patience. Anger is a negative bad habit of mind, but patience is a positive habit of mind, a skill—something to hone to your satisfaction. Let us become skillful in opposing anger and free our minds to experience more generous states of patience, love and compassion.starts September 20th!
This series is great for beginners and experienced meditators alike. Everyone is welcome!
