If you're new to yoga (or just want to get back into it), this is an amazing class! it's a 6 week session on the college campus, and I can guarantee that you will feel better afterward, both physically and mentally. I'm definitely biased, but Malissa is a fantastic teacher. She not only improves your flexibility & strentgh, but she also renews your spirit & your soul.
