B1 Yoga studio is a kid friendly, touch everything kind of studio! Kids learn postures, some partner yoga and breathing techniques to settle their minds after a long day sitting at school. Every class ends with relaxation time including a meaningful story and/or guided imagery. They'll learn that it's perfectly ok to be still and acknowledge their thoughts...even if it's just for a few minutes Helps kids learn precious, easily accessed tools to navigate their busy days.
WEDNESDAYS: Yoga Support Class for Addiction and Recovery 6:15 - 7:15 pm
This is an ongoing program dedicated to supporting sobriety and recovery from various addictions and addictive behaviors. Revitalize your energy. Learn to chase away intrusive thoughts. Develop tools to maintain a healthy path toward wholeness in an extremely supportive environment. Easy to follow instruction, breath exercises and guided meditation.
