🤍Reiki Level I teaches us how to heal ourselves, close family members, pets and plants with the initial attunement to the Reiki energy. Reiki not only heals on the Mental, Emotional, Spiritual & Physical levels but also enhances our own personal development, self-esteem, self-confidence & self-worth.
🙌🏼This training is also ideal for any person who suffers from any stress, imbalance, is an Empath or is on a spiritual journey. As you can use Reiki as Self Regulated healing, balance and connection to yourself or support others in your household on a daily basis to relieve any pain, discomfort, worry, fear etc.
