Yoga Birthright Yoga School offers: Yoga for Womens' Health, yoga classes for men & women, meditation, Yoga Alliance Certified Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training, & more.. In her classes and workshops, Abigail blends mind body strategies of, meditation, yoga, breath work, mudra mediated meditation, restorative yoga, therapeutics & beginner to advanced asana flow with her knowledge & experience in exercise physiology, brain science, anatomy & physiology, nutrition, body work & eastern healing philosophies. Her prenatal training is recommended for anyone who wants to delve deeply into teachings that weave together Yoga, Birth & Womens' Health.
