Today, we joined together in a powerful display of unity and hope by launching balloons to raise awareness about child abuse. This meaningful event, organized by our dedicated Ouida Chase, MSN, RN, Trauma Coordinator, symbolizes our commitment to supporting children and families affected by abuse. Thank you to everyone that participated today in recognition of Child Abuse Prevention Month this April.

We are seeking Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team at Medical Arts Hospital. This key role supports nursing operations, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and staff development—while making a meaningful impact in a dynamic rural healthcare setting.

✅ Leadership role supporting inpatient, emergency, outpatient, and swing bed services
✅ Focus on CMS compliance, survey readiness, and patient safety
✅ Opportunity to step into a key operational leadership role and directly influence the quality care in our community

Qualifications include:
✔ BSN required (Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred)
✔ Active Texas RN license
✔ Leadership experience in rural hospital, CAH, or community hospital settings preferred
✔ Strong knowledge of CMS Conditions of Participation and rural hospital regulatory requirements
