Struggling with goals?
Here's how to make them stick!
1. Start small! It shouldn't take longer than a minute.
By doing this you eliminate those excuses that tend to sneak in like "I don't have time for this today." or "I'm too tired."
2. Attached it to an existing habit by doing it immediately after.
By doing this you eliminate forgetting about it. You aren't used to doing this YET so it's easy to let it slip through the cracks.
The idea here is to make this new habit a part of who you are. To make it feel weird to not do it. No morning coffee? Impossible!
Here's an example:
Let's say you want to become a healthier person. What's one thing a healthy person would do? Drink more water. After I brush my teeth I will have one glass of water.
Maybe you want to read more...After I pour my coffee I will read one page.
