Every single Monday, our residents grab the mic, hit the dance floor, and start the week with music, laughter, and plenty of fun. From old-time favorites to crowd-pleasing classics, it’s the perfect way to set the tone for a joyful week ahead.

Our residents had a bead-tastic Mardi Gras celebration today! 🎭✨ We watched the parade, rocked our masks and beads, and even hit the dance floor. The smiles were just as bright as the beads!

As Catholics, Mardi Gras (Fat Tuesday) marks the final day before Lent begins on Ash Wednesday. It’s a joyful send-off before we enter a sacred season of prayer, fasting, and almsgiving — preparing our hearts for the celebration of Easter. Today we celebrated the gift of community and joy, and tomorrow we begin a time of reflection and renewal.

❤️ Happy Valentine’s Day from all of us at Benedictine Living Community – LaMoure! ❤️
Yesterday was filled with joy, laughter, and lots of love as we crowned our 2026 Valentine King & Queen 👑💐 — a beautiful tradition that reminds us how special each and every resident is to our community.

We celebrated sweetly with a delicious sundae bar 🍨 and spread a little extra love to our incredible staff by raffling off LaMoure Bucks and a special Valentine gift basket. Our team pours their hearts into caring for our residents every single day, and we are so grateful for them.

At Benedictine, we’re reminded that love isn’t just a feeling — it’s a calling. As 1 Corinthians 13:13 tells us, “And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.” 💗 We see that love lived out daily in the kindness between residents, the compassion of our staff, and the support of our families and community.

To our wonderful residents and dedicated employees — thank you for making our home so full of warmth and heart.

🔐 Building Entry Update at Benedictine

To support resident safety and maintain a secure care environment, we have implemented updated entry procedures at our St. Rose community.

All visitors, vendors, and non-scheduled guests are now asked to:

• Sign in upon arrival
• Wear a visitor badge
• Return badges upon exit

Security cameras are also now active at entrances and main hallways to support building awareness and protection for those we serve.

These updates reflect our commitment to safety while continuing to provide the hospitality and compassion Benedictine is known for.
