We’re excited to share some big news! Kindred Spa & Wellness Center has officially purchased CenTex Cryo, and we’re thrilled to welcome Sonja Morris, the familiar face and heart behind CenTex Cryo, who will continue operating the service with us here in Lampasas!

While we finish building out our new home, Cryotherapy sessions will still be available by appointment only at CenTex Cryo. If you currently hold a CenTex Cryo package, please reach out to Sonja directly at 512-734-1411 to use those sessions before the transition. Packages will not transfer, but you can expect the same great care Sonja has always provided, now within the Kindred family!

We have many more exciting things to share and we can’t wait to bring you the full Kindred experience soon! 🩵

Kindred Spa (formerly Interlude Spa as of Apr. 2020) has been a small, locally owned business in Lampasas for 15+ years. We are happy to provide a wide array of services to the wonderful town of Lampasas and the surrounding communities. Services include: Nail, Facial, Massage, and body treatments. We invite you to be our guest in our tranquil home.
