Ok so I am going to start this in Januar just ordered mine, anyone want to try with me and shift some Christmas fat!

The Nutricode slim body system is a 30-day programme.
There are 90 sachets per box you take 3 per day before a meal. They are orange flavoured & need to be mixed with 200ml of water.

The product contains glucomannan which helps with weight loss & creates a feeling of fullness by absorbing water.
It also contains chromium which helps to keep normal blood glucose levels & aids metabolism.

I know we are still in December but January is just around the corner!
Who will be making New Years resolutions?

I currently use the Metabolism coffee, it has really helped me feel fuller for longer and given me a boost of energy (especially on shift) 👀

Gold Regenesis is my night and morning skin routine. I really like this cream as it visibly reduces wrinkles restores elasticity and ensures mosturisation keeping my face smooth and moisturised and it does not feel greasy. I am not the best at keeping up with skin care however this is the one thing I do use

The colloidal gold also stimulates renewal of skin cells and accelerated the production of collagen and elastin.

Also I have found out one of my children has been using 😳 it who has sensitive skin, so it’s good for sensitive skin too 😊
