✨Facial balancing and reverse-aging through a combination of surgical and nonsurgical techniques✨

This beautiful patient had already undergone upper blepharoplasty by another surgeon. Her eyelids were uneven and she was left with an A-FRAME deficit in the left upper eyelid from too much fat removal. I did a fat transfer in this eyelid followed by a revision blepharoplasty. For her lower lids we did a modified cheek lift and skin pinch to brighten the eyes. Final touch was some filler to the lower face.

I’ve had the pleasure of taking care of this beautiful woman for several years and I’m very pleased she allowed me to share her images.

Did you know that men make up half of my functional surgeries? The most common procedures men opt for are upper eyelid blepharoplasty and brow lifts. [My male cosmetic patients almost always opt for lower lid blepharoplasty]. The goals are to see better, appear like their younger selves, and not look as if they’ve had plastic surgery.
This patient is 8 weeks out from eyelid and brow lifts. Of course he sees SO much more and feels refreshed.

These pictures of my beautiful patient were taken 4 years apart. She is the perfect example of how finely-tuned surgeries, regular neurotoxin, lasers/chemical peels and a touch of filler can actually reverse-age-you.

Her overall facial balance is improved and skin quality is chef’s kiss. Oh yeah, and she does an amazing job at maintaining her skincare at home with medical grade products.
