Most of the injuries associated with these activities are overuse injuries that lead to tendonitis. Tendonitis isn't the worst thing in the world, but it tends to linger for weeks and flare up even after you thought it was healed! 😤

Shockwave therapy, combined with cupping and isometric exercises, works so well for our patients with chronic tendonitis issues!
These options are much safer and more effective for lasting results compared to steroid injections, medications, or resting.

We truly enjoy getting people back to doing what they love in life! While we do love adjusting spines, we really see some miraculous results with Shockwave therapy!
If you've struggled with Achilles pain or plantar fasciitis, and haven't seen results with stretches or exercises, you should really schedule an appointment with us!

‼️We would like to welcome Megan Kennel to Rose City Sport and Spine as the Office Administrator! ‼️
We're always striving to provide the highest quality care and an excellent patient experience, so adding Megan to the team was a no-brainer!
In her free time, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband, Zach & their two sons Landon and Asher. She likes to go on walks with her 5lb miniature poodle, Zoe, & watch her sons play football and soccer. Megan is a foodie and loves to try new restaurants as well as entertain friends and family in her home.

Hard to believe that after getting laid off due to COVID lockdowns I said "why not?" and opened my own practice in 2020! Since then I've seen almost 1000 individuals and hopefully impacted each of their lives in a positive way!
I look forward to the year ahead and will continue to provide high quality care to each and every person I see!

On August 1st, 2024, Sylvia Rae Henly was born! She's happy, healthy and has a full head of hair! 😄 My wife and I couldn't be happier and we look forward to the years ahead!
Thank you for your patience during this 2 weeks paternity leave! I'm so grateful that I've been able to experience these precious moments with family!
I look forward to seeing patients again on Thursday, but if I've got bags under my eyes, you'll know why! 😂
