Schedule & Compensation
Days: 2 days per week (flexible between Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)
Hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (10 hours per day)

Primary Responsibilities
Provide attentive, nurturing care for a 3-month-old infant
Care for toddler (turning 2 in January) when not at Montessori school
Full care for both children during school breaks, holidays, and closures
Light housekeeping duties including:
Sweeping kitchen and tidying common areas
Cleaning up dishes and loading/emptying dishwasher
Maintaining playroom organization
Keeping children's rooms clean and organized
Children's laundry
Washing bottles and breast pump parts

Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of paid childcare experience working with infants and toddlers
Specific experience with infants 3 months and younger
Current CPR and First Aid certification for infants and children
Clean background check (required)
10-panel drug screening (required)
Current flu vaccination
Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
Comfortable caring for pets (family has one cat)
Excellent punctuality and dependability, especially for morning arrivals
Legal authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Montessori educational philosophy
Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends (infrequent, as needed)

Last night, I had the absolute pleasure of celebrating these incredible women who have done such an amazing job as nannies for my clients. Most of them I had never met in person, and it was truly an honor to finally do so. I was completely overwhelmed by each one of them—they are all so lovely, and each person is wonderfully special in their own way.
Unfortunately, we weren't able to celebrate everyone who is currently working with my clients due to distance and scheduling, but I truly hope to connect with them in the future as well. We enjoyed making new friends, laughing, talking about our industry, and finding genuine support through others who understand this work.
