Keystone Nannies is seeking a caring and reliable nanny for a wonderful family with infant twins. This is a two-month temporary position to provide fill-in care while the family's regular nanny recovers from surgery. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced childcare provider who values consistency, professionalism, and creating a nurturing environment.
Schedule
16 guaranteed hours per week:

Monday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Schedule changes require at least one week's notice.
Primary Responsibilities

Bottle washing and feeding according to parents' schedule
Providing safe, loving care in a secure environment
Supporting age-appropriate developmental milestones
Maintaining children's daily schedule and routine
Assisting with hygiene and keeping children clean
Weather-permitting stroller walks (with parent permission)
Helping with nap time
Capturing photos/videos for the family
Children's laundry as time permits

The children's safety and well-being are the top priority in this role.
Compensation & Benefits

$20/hour for guaranteed hours
Overtime paid at $30/hour (time and a half) for hours exceeding 40/week
Weekly pay via direct deposit with electronic pay stubs
Proper W-2 employment (household employee status)
All payroll taxes handled by employer

Ability to complete I-9 and W-4 forms
