His work improves flexibility, and his range of motion speeds up recovery and reduces the risk of future injury. He treats various conditions, from frozen shoulder to sciatica or plantar fasciitis. Ben has experience working with both amateur and professional athl

etes. He enjoys working with the local F&M Athletes as well as people of all ages and stages in our community. Many have used his service to treat injuries or improve their athletic performance. Feeling stressed? Ben is happy to provide a Chill and Relax Massage to help you forget your troubles for a while. Ben's goal is to help you be your best self, whatever that looks like for you. He will specialize in your massage to meet your goals and needs. Ben also has experience with prenatal massage and keeping women as comfortable as possible throughout their pregnancy. Ben lives with his wife and two sons in Lititz, PA. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, camping, and hiking with his family. We are located at Liberty Place on Liberty Street in Downtown Lancaster, PA. We have a large private parking lot directly across the street from the building for your convenience.
