I’m excited to share something new coming to Stronger Together this spring. 💛

Starting in April, I’ll be offering exercise and movement as part of my practice- both as a therapeutic tool and as a supportive environment for moms who want to reconnect with their bodies.

This space is for:
• moms who feel intimidated going back to the gym
• moms who want a gentler, more supportive environment
• moms who would love to meet other moms while working out
• moms who prefer a quiet, personal setting

I’ll be offering one-on-one sessions, workout buddies, and small group options so you can move in a way that feels comfortable and encouraging.

And yes- your kids are absolutely welcome.
They can even join the workout! Sometimes the best weights are the little ones we carry every day. 💛

Movement can be powerful for both physical and mental health, and I’m so excited to bring this into my practice to support the mind and body.

It doesn’t always look like panic attacks or obvious distress.
Sometimes it feels like constant worry, racing thoughts, irritability, tension, trouble relaxing, or feeling like your mind just won’t slow down.

I’m so excited to share that I’ve officially completed my certification in Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism 🎉

This training deepens my ability to support parents not just emotionally, but physically — with an evidence-based understanding of movement, recovery, strength, and the unique needs of pregnant and postpartum bodies.

So many parents feel unsure about how to safely move their bodies during pregnancy or after birth. My goal has always been to support the whole person and this certification is another step in that direction.

And this is just the beginning…
I’ll be introducing fitness lessons and classes designed specifically for pregnancy and postpartum in the near future — gentle, intentional, and supportive.
