Dr. Ballat is a dual board-certified Internal Medicine physician and experienced Hospitalist who is proud to serve the community with compassionate, comprehensive care.

A native Californian, he earned his medical degree from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency at Community Memorial Health System in Ventura, California.

Known for being there for patients every step of the way, Dr. Ballat provides trusted primary care while helping guide patients through more complex health needs with skill and compassion.

Dr. Ballat is fluent in English and Arabic, and conversant in Spanish. Outside of medicine, he enjoys trying new foods and spending time with his family! ⚕️

Dr. Palla is a board-certified Family Medicine and Hospitalist physician who has proudly served the Antelope Valley community for the past nine years. Four years ago, he expanded his commitment to the community by co-founding Unified Health Associates.

Originally from San Jose, California, he graduated magna cm laude from Santa Clara University, earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin, and completed his residency at the University of Minnesota.

Known for his approachable personality and thorough care, Dr. Palla is proud to continue serving the community! ⚕️

Both Dr. Mansourian and Dr. Palla have been proudly serving the Lancaster and Palmdale communities as trusted primary care providers since 2023. Meet Dr. Pejman Mansourian, a dedicated Internal Medicine Physician at Unified Health Associates in Lancaster, CA. A graduate of the University of Miami’s Miller School of Medicine, Dr. Mansourian completed his residency at UCLA before serving as a hospitalist at Antelope Valley Medical Center. He’s earned multiple teaching awards and now plays key leadership roles at AVMC, including Chairman of Quality Care and Vice Chair of the Department of Medicine. Fluent in English, Farsi, and Spanish, Dr. Mansourian is passionate about building lasting patient relationships. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, barbecuing with family, and watching soccer. Now accepting new patients!

Meet Dr. Misbah Y. Palla, a board-certified family medicine physician at Unified Health Associates in Lancaster, CA. Known for his warm and personable approach, Dr. Palla builds strong, lasting relationships with his patients and provides thoughtful care at every stage of life. In addition to outpatient care, he’s part of the hospitalist team at Antelope Valley Medical Center and serves on the hospital’s Peer Review Committee.

He earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin and completed his residency at the University of Minnesota. Outside the clinic, Dr. Palla loves swimming, beach days, watching football with friends, and exploring new restaurants and countries with his wife.

Fun fact: Dr. Palla has visited 10 countries in the last two years and continues to add to his list!
