Meet Leah ✨ Leah is a 600 hour comprehensively certified classical Pilates instructor and a dancer of 20 years turned dance teacher. She found Pilates in 2023 and with consistent practice she was able to translate her newfound body awareness and control to her dancing, moving in ways that seemed impossible before! She aspires to share the magic that is Classical Pilates with EVERY body. Since getting her initial certification she has expanded her expertise mentoring with 3rd generation instructor Victoria Cuomo. Additionally learning how to best teach men & athletes with Nicky Lal, in hopes to help athletes become better at their sport.

Leah will be teaching Classical Pilates on Tuesdays at 9 am. We are so excited to welcome to her the Praise Wellness Tribe! 💜🩵

Update 🚨 Starting this week you may notice that separate trucks collect your trash and recycling. We ask that all recycling is loosely placed in your recycling bin. Clear recycling bags are okay to use, but black and white trash bags are not allowed for recycling.

Please note that your trash and recycling may not be collected at the same time as each other! 🗑️🚛

Love is still in the air this Valentine’s season 💕

We loved hosting a special Valentine’s private session for one of our favorite members, Faghan, and her husband. They enjoyed a relaxing yoga session with crystal healing, followed by time in the salt room with red light therapy … the perfect way to unwind and reconnect together. ✨🌹
