To follow off of yesterday’s post, the second app I love and have been using for a year and a half now is PVOLVE. You may have heard of this one as Jennifer Aniston’s favorite program. It’s amazing for functional mobility, balance, and strength.

The PVOLVE method is scientifically proven for strength and mobility in women and uses specialized equipment to gain and maintain results. Only 6% of sports research focuses on women, so PVOLVE has done their own, scientifically proven studies on their method. Significant improvement in strength and mobility were shown as a result of women who followed this method for 12 weeks as opposed to those who didn’t.

I love this app and program for so many reasons. The functional mobility is on par and I love the equipment that goes with the program. While the initial investment in the the equipment is a bit pricey, there are tons of workouts with body weight only. There are also workouts with equipment you may already have such as dumbells, ankle weights, and gliders.

There are over 1,000 workouts with many different programs and series to workout through. I also love the live classes feature via Zoom that you can join with live feedback from the instructors.
