Born and raised in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, Terriah discovered her passion for skincare through her own journey with hormonal acne. After experiencing her first facial, she fell in love with the confidence and transformation that results-driven skincare can provide.

Terriah is a licensed esthetician and serves as a Client Care Coordinator at James Street MedSpa. A graduate of the Barber and Beauty Academy of Pennsylvania, she is passionate about helping clients feel comfortable, supported, and confident—from their first consultation to their final results. Her goal is always healthy, glowing skin and an exceptional client experience.

Maddy provides aesthetic injectable treatments at James Street MedSpa. With eight years as a Registered Nurse and currently pursuing her Nurse Practitioner degree, she brings precision, clinical confidence, and a thoughtful approach to injectables. Maddy is known for creating natural, balanced results that enhance each client’s features while prioritizing safety, education, and individualized care.

Nicole provides our IV therapy and IM injection services, bringing over 30 years of nursing experience across surgical services, peri-anesthesia care, procedural radiology, and nursing professional development. Her extensive background in vascular access plays a key role in our wellness offerings, and her commitment to evidence-based care ensures clients feel informed and supported throughout their experience.
