Hometown Integrated Medicine is a healthcare office focused on helping individuals with neurological, skeletal, muscular, nutritional and internal medical issues and treating them with personalized, compassionate care. Chiropractic Physicians and Functional Medicine Practitioners are trained to scientifically find the root cause of health problems. Utilizing detailed health histories, in depth physical examinations, cutting edge advanced testing and imaging, along with an extensive knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, our practitioners can uncover what has gone wrong in the body, and are passionate about righting those wrongs. Hometown Integrated Medicine has two lead Doctors: Dr. Monica Ingham D.C., CFMP, and Dr. Dillon Ingham D.C. Schedules for doctors do vary, so if you're inquiring about one or the other, please vocalize that when scheduling an appointment. Dr. Monica was born and raised in Lancaster, Ohio, graduated from Lancaster High School and received her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Ohio University. She then continued her schooling at Palmer College of Chiropractic, and Functional Medicine University. She has been in practice for several years and is excited to serve the community where she grew up, alongside her husband, Dr. Dillon. Dr. Dillon, AKA Dr. DJ, was born in Japan at the Misawa Air Force Base, and graduated from G Ray Bodley High School in Fulton, New York. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brown University, where he was also a 3 sport varsity athlete. He then continued his athletics and schooling at Palmer College of Chiropractic, and has now been in practice for several years. Dr. Dillon is eager and ready to get involved with his new community, alongside his wife, Dr. Monica.

Today we wanted to spotlight a certain condition, Diffuse Idiopathic Skeletal Hyperostosis aka DISH. This disease causes your soft tissues like ligaments, tendons, and joints to calcify, directly causing pain and stiffness to the individual. DISH is most common in males over 50 and can be found off an X-ray. This is a condition that we can help diagnose and manage with our services.
